Fresh Beef
After years of perfecting our feed formula and herd genetics, we have finally found the perfect method for raising high-quality beef. We mix the feed ration ourselves every time ensuring quality and balance. All of our beef is USDA inspected, Antibiotic and Preservative Free, has no added Hormones, and is M-RNA free!
Our Feeder Cattle
All of the Beef you buy from our cattle company is truly farm fresh beef, we raise it ourselves on our ranch right there in Bardin. We raise all of our beef from birth all the way to the day that we take it harvest, making us confident in what our cattle are fed, and what goes into them! Cattle are fed on a grass based diet until 3 months before harvest when they are also offered free choice grain to increase the meat flavor and marbling.
Calf Processing
Our Beef is sustainably raised following Best Management practices. Our beef is Processed in a USDA inspected Facility, E-Coli tested, Vacuum sealed and flash frozen for ultimate freshness! Our calves are raised on our operation from birth to harvest and is sold through an Florida Department of Agriculture (FDACS) inspected Location! That's the Palatka Cattle Advantage
