Fresh Beef

At Palatka Cattle Co, our mission is to provide sustainably raised beef, which our family has enjoyed for generations. It more than a phrase, its our passion. Our land is managed under conservation and sustainable agricultural practices. That means, no fertilizers, we use organic compost spread to naturally add nutrition back into the soil, the way it was done for generations before us. As well as best management practices for water conservations, which ensures our water supply in the St. Johns river watershed, remain fresh, and clean. This means erosion prevention, rotational grazing, and cross fencing to keep pastures healthy. 

We also raise our cattle on open pasture, allowing them to graze, the way nature intended. Our beef is guaranteed by the USDA to be free from antibiotics, and has no added hormones, or preservatives. This isn't the beef you get at the big box store. Its sustainable, local, and good for your family.
