The Families Behind the Company
The Company is owned and operated by the Brauman and Cremer Families. These families work hand in hand to ensure the daily function of the company. The Brauman family is comprised of Scott and Christine Brauman and their two children Clayton and Callie Brauman. The Cremer family consists of Ernest and Sandra Cremer.

We are proud to be a local family that supports our community. We have several local businesses including Country Feed and General Store, Cremer Wood Inc, and 4C-Timber Inc. Because of our diversification, it's fair to say that we know Agriculture!
Sandra and Ernie Cremer
Ernie Cremer is a war veteran who grew up in the logging industry. Upon returning from his time of service he attended Lake City Community College and received a degree in forestry. Sandra Cremer ran the daily managerial operations of the business for years but has since stepped back to get some much-deserved time off. They are both still highly involved in the day-to-day activities.
Scott and Christy Brauman
Scott Brauman attended St. Johns River State College where he received his Associate's degree, following this he pursued a Forestry associate degree at Lake City Community College and earned his B.S. from the University of Florida. His wife Christy Brauman received her associates at St. Johns River State College and pursued further education at St. Leos. Scott and Christy help run and manage daily operations.
Clayton Brauman
Clayton Brauman graduated in 2021 with his AICE Diploma from the Cambridge program. He immediately followed his passions and pursued a degree in Animal Science Production from Oklahoma State University. He graduated in December of 2023 and returned to manage daily ranch operations. While managing operations, he is attending the University of Florida to obtain his Masters in Agribusiness.
Callie Brauman Day and Preston Day
Callie obtained her BS in Animal Science Biology from the University of Florida and then began her career working for Purina Animal Nutrition. She recently received her Masters in Agribusiness through Kansas State University. Callie resides in Kentwood, Louisiana, with her husband Preston Day. They are still highly involved in the nutritional and management decisions of the business.
